This past weekend I had the chance to visit Alpharetta, Ga for some concerts and to visit Training Think Tank, which is the provider of our programming. It was so cool to interact with their community, meet their owner Travis, and do the same workout with that community that our athletes did on Saturday.

It made me realize how much bigger CrossFit is than our garage affiliate, our town, our state, etc. There are people using CrossFit to improve their overall fitness all over the world. While every gym is unique, every athlete personally motivated by different reasons, and plenty of thoughts and opinions about CrossFit out there, we know that the methodology works and has been working for people for decades now.

You can see this in yourself and others when you look around. Consistently attend group classes to get some movement in, choose to eat to support your goals, and then allow these actions to enrich life outside of the gym and kitchen. I’m grateful that the programming we follow challenges us physically and mentally, and also wants to see us as humans thrive outside of the gym walls.
